I am a Postdoctoral Research Fellow working at the Seinäjoki unit and responsible for the GPT Lab Seinäjoki project. My role involves coordinating and managing the project’s operations to increase awareness of large language models in the South Ostrobothnia region and help local software companies to integrate AI solutions within local businesses. More specifically, in the project, we focus on identifying and addressing strategic development needs through AI, enhancing the uptake of optimization technology, and discovering opportunities for AI in green transition. 

My research interests are related to using large language models to lower the barrier for deploying and using complex software, such as industrial resource planning and optimization tools. I am also very interested in researching how to close the applicability gap in current AI models by describing the processes, events, activities, and gateways of business processes for the language models, enabling them to tackle larger and more complex tasks independently.
