Finland’s AI community is gathering at the AI Gala 2025 – Prof. Pekka Abrahamsson, founder of GPT-Lab, nominated as a finalist for AI Researcher of the Year
On November 17th, more than 500 leaders, experts, and innovators will celebrate the most significant achievements and future directions of artificial intelligence in Finland.
Held alongside the international AI Summit, the gala will recognize this year’s most impactful AI projects, initiatives, and use cases across ten categories. Founder of GPT-Lab, Prof. Pekka Abrahamsson is nominated as a finalist for AI Researcher of the Year.
With a record 176 nominations, the event highlights how AI adoption in Finland is evolving and offering Finnish businesses new competitive advantages when used responsibly and strategically.
